You may only return your order if it is defective. i-shopping4u.com will repair your unit after the warranty period but will charge you for any new parts. Shipping to i-shopping4u.com will be covered by customer. Please email us before you send your unit for repair/exchange.

We will declare your shipment as personal gift in order to avoid import taxation. In case of our negligence and tax being applied to your order, please fax the tax statement to us for reimbursement. However, we arefree of responsibility if it has implemented all neccessary steps to avoid taxation.

[TRANSFORMER]
For all the audio items, a lot of users have successfully recharged their units without the transformer. However, We will not give any guarantee for any problem resulted in such use. Our recommendation is to use a universal power transformer, a universal battery charger, or a transformer. If you would like to save money, you can recharge without the transformer without any guaranty. Or you can request us to replace a universal power transformer to be included in the same shippment at a service charge of $5.
